In celebration of Alabama's Bicentennial and the 50th anniversary of the integration of the downtown library, Montgomery City-County Public Library is hosting a panel discussion on the desegregation of public libraries in Montgomery and Alabama, with Dr. P. Toby Graham, Dr. Wayne Wiegand, and Dr. Dallas Hanbury. Dr. Howard Robinson will be the moderator, and Dr. Fred Taylor will give reflections.
