This meeting will be conducted as an “open house” type format.  Interested persons are urged to attend between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Representatives of the State of Alabama Department of Transportation will be present to discuss the proposed project and other technical aspects of this project.  Provisions will be made to receive written comments at the meeting.  The purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for interested persons to be informed and participate in the public process of this project.  Preliminary maps as well as other information developed on this project are available for public inspection at the Southeast Regional office:
