OLD BUSINESS

1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located on the east side of Chantilly Parkway, approximately 300 feet south of Highway 80 East, from B-2 (Commercial) and AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning Districts to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  RZ-2001-009.

NEW BUSINESS

2. Ordinance renaming Morningview Street to Morningview Drive.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.

3. Ordinance amending Sections 18-286; 18-287-18-288; and 18-290 (Disruptive Properties) of the Code of Ordinances.  (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)

4. Resolution supporting the Coach Safety Foundation and COM entering into partnership and proposing a plan to provide mandatory training and promote awareness of youth athletic safety pursuant to the Coach Safety Act.

5. Show Cause Hearing on the proposed Resolution finalizing the revocation of the Business License of Kym Darveau, d/b/a Yellowhammer Café, 1961 Bell Street.

6. Resolution finalizing the revocation of the Business License of Kym Darveau, d/b/a Yellowhammer Café, 1961 Bell Street.

7. Resolution approving the issuance of a Business License to Anthony Stoddard, d/b/a McConnico, 2745 Southwest Street.

8. Resolution appointing Deborah M. Nickson to the Montgomery Airport Authority by Councillor Graham replacing Greg Calhoun.

9. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structures at the following locations:
• 5901 Provost Ave (Parcel # 15 01 02 1 004 036.000)
• 5903 Provost Ave (Parcel # 15 01 02 1 004 037.000)
• 5905 Provost Ave (Parcel # 15 01 02 1 004 038.000)

10. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures at various locations pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama.

11. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
