1. Ordinance authorizing the issuance and making provision for the payment of the $10,000,000 Revolving Credit Promissory Note Series 2018.

2. Ordinance authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate for Economic Development at 400 North Perry Street to John Tampa.

3. Resolution providing for the Enforcement of the Montgomery Business License Code & Uniform Revenue Procedures pertaining to applicability to the Lease or Rental of Residential or Nonresidential Real Estate within the Corporates Limits. (Sponsored by Councillor Larkin)

4. Resolution assenting to the Vacation of a portion of Lenora Street and Joseph Street to Lewis and Karen Mashburn, LLC.

5. Resolution revoking Business License for failure to pay sales tax and authorizing Show Cause Hearing for Dayk Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Country Inn & Suites, 5155 Carmichael Road.

6. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) by Wharf Casual Seafood Eastchase Inc., d//a Wharf Casual Seafood, 6945 Eastchase Loop.

7. Resolution appointing Kahlia Lyllese Bell to the Architectural Review Board by Councillor Graham. 

8. Resolution appointing Ken Austin to the Mental Health Authority.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright) 

9. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structures at the following locations:

10. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures at various locations pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama.

11. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
