The following Ordinance has been approved by the City Council:
• Ordinance granting a license to construct, install, and maintain an enclosed walkway across an existing storm water easement for Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, Hill Street.
• Ordinance granting a license to construct, install and maintain a monument sign in the right of way on North Union Street for Columbus Square LLC.
The following Resolutions were adopted by the City Council:
• Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
• Resolution naming – Mike Smith Baseball Field at Peter Crump
The following appointments/reappointments have been made by City Council:
• Resolution reappointment of Al Grove to the Montgomery Clean City Commission
• Resolution reappointing Michael Jackson to the Montgomery Clean City Commission
The following resolution was carried over to the next regular meeting:
