OLD BUSINESS
- Ordinance amending Chapter 12 Environment, Sections 12-31 and 12-37 of the Code of Ordinances. (Sponsored by Councillor Lyons)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 4.71 acres located on the west side of Norman Bridge Road (5860 Norman Bridge Road), approximately 3000 feet south of Hyundai Boulevard, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2017-007)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 7.386 acres located on the west side of Mobile Highway (7220 Mobile Highway) approximately 300 feet south of Pyramid Avenue, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2017-008)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance approval a master pan and rezoning 15.18 acres of land located along both side of Fain Park Drive and Fain Park Loop from an O-0 (Office Complex) Zoning District to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-1998-010)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two parcels of land containing 16 acres located on the north side of East South Boulevard (2333 East South Boulevard) and the east side of Fisk Road, from a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-1969-011)

- Ordinance granting a License Agreement to Faulkner University to construct, install and maintain a security and canopy structure over a portion of the ROW of Eagle Drive.
- Ordinance authorizing a Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate located on a portion of 1920 South Court Street to Holt Street Memorial Baptist Church.
- Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to ADECA for an Edward Byrne Memorial JAG Grant for $130,869.98 to expand A Cut Above the Rest Training Facility’s capacity for work force training and job placement of hard-to-employ persons.
- Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by D and L Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Larry’s Trading, 5615 Selma Road. (Located in PJ – ok from Sheriff Cunningham and Commissioner Dean; Chief Finley and Councillor Burkette have concerns.)
- Application for a Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) License by El Campesino LLC, d/b/a Restaurante El Campesino, 1550 Mount Meigs Road.
