OLD BUSINESS
1. Ordinance amending FY 2017 Operating and Debt Service Budget and adopting FY 2018 Operating and Debt Service Budget.
2. Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 12, Article II Nuisances to create a new division entitled Vacant and Abandoned Structures Registration; to require property owners of vacant structures to register properties; to establish minimum standards of care and upkeep for the buildings and established penalties for violations. (Sponsored by Councillor Larkin)
3. Ordinance amending Code of Ordinances Chapter 12, Article II, Section 31 providing for the establishment, implementation and enforcement of a Residential Rental Business License and Inspection program; defining terms; providing requirements, procedures, and fees for the registration and inspection of non-owner occupied rental property in the City; providing penalties for violations and providing appeal process for the denial or revocation of a Certificate of Registration. (Sponsored by Councillor Larkin)
4. Resolution providing for the establishment of the City of Montgomery Neighborhood Services Department and the creation of the City of Montgomery Neighborhood Revitalization Program. (Sponsored by Councillor Larkin)
5. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 24-2004 modifying the restrictions for the property located at 4695 Vaughn Road in a B-3-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-1975-057)
6. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending Ord. No. 3-2003 revising the Master Plan to change office and commercial to single-family residential for property located on the northeast corner of Young Meadows Road and Berrydale Drive in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ2013-009)

7. Resolution providing for Enforcement of Business License Code and Schedules of Licenses known as the Montgomery business License Code and Uniform Revenue Procedures pertaining to same applicable to the Lease or Rental of Residential or Non-residential Real Estate within the Corporate Limits of the City of Montgomery. 8. Resolution declaring no further action needed regarding the Business License of Laurekisha Blakely, d/b/a Limitless Options Boutique, 710 Forest Avenue.
9. Show Cause Hearing on the proposed finalization of the revocation of the Business License of Brian Moore, a/k/a B and D Hospitality Inc., d/b/a Tenda Chick, 5951 Atlanta Highway.
