1.
Resolution finalizing the revocation of the business
license of Jasmine Donaldson, d/b/a Luxe Bar & Grill, 2477 East South
Boulevard. (Carried over for 45 days at
12-2-14 meeting)
2.
Resolution supporting Mayor Strange disputing the
Federal litigation brought against the City of Montgomery for AT&T’s use of
a cell tower. (Sponsored by Councillor
Pruitt) (Carried over for 30 days at
12-16-14 meeting)
3. Ordinance rezoning property located on the south side
of Federal Drive, approximately 800 feet west of Coliseum Boulevard, from B-3
(Commercial) and INST (Institutional) Zoning Districts to a B-2 (Commercial)
Zoning District. Planning Commission
took no action on the request. APPEALED. (RE-2014-018)
(Carried over for 30 days at 12-16-14 meeting)
4.
Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property
containing 61.76 acres located on the east side of Norman Bridge Road, across
from the intersection of Hyundai Boulevard, from an AGR-1 (Residential
Agriculture) Zoning District to Parcel A to an M-1-Q (light
Industrial-Qualified) Zoning District, restricting any B-2 (Commercial) Uses,
except for use for Billboard Signage; and rezoning Parcel B to a B-2-Q
(Commercial—Qualified) Zoning District., restricting the use of a travel
trailer park, (Parcel 3 was withdrawn from this request and will remain as
AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture).
Planning Commission recommended as stated above. No appeal received. (RZ-2014-017)

Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located
at 435 Dalraida Road from an R-85 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District
to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified)Zoning District, restricted to a Daycare. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2014-020)
6.
Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 4480 Virginia
Loop Road from an R-75-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2-Q
(Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District, restricted to a Beauty and Barber Shop,
and Tattoo Shop. Recommended by the
Planning Commission. (RZ-2014-021)
7.
Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property located
on the northeast corner of Lower Wetumpka Road and Stokes Road from B-2
(Commercial), AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) and FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning
Districts to an M-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District. Recommended by Planning Commission. (RZ-2014-022)
