  1. Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Jimmie M. Bell, d/b/a Southlawn Mart, 4973 Mobile Highway.

  2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 1.33 acres located at 5135 Norman Bridge Road from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2015-001)

  3. Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Urmila LLC, d/b/a KP Food Mart, 1701 Congressman W. L. Dickinson Drive.

  4. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License Yokohama Enterprise Inc., d/b/a Yokohama Japanese Restaurant, 2767 Bell Road.

  5. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Las Marias Inc., d/b/a Cucos Mexican Café, 72 Dexter Avenue.

  6. Application for a Special Events Retail Liquor License by Montgomery Multipurpose LLC, d/b/a Conservation Foundation, 300 Water Street.

  7. Resolution appointing Sheila Jackson to the Montgomery Clean City Commission by Councillor Smith replacing Mike Waters.

  8. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots.

  9. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
