  1. Ordinance granting a license to Pie R Square, LLC, d/b/a Mellow Mushroom to construct, install, and maintain a canopy and railing structure over a portion of the ROW of Commerce Street.
  2. Resolution approving issuance of business license to Lacheryl Lacour, d/b/a 2 Sweet 2 Be 4 Gotten.

  3. Ordinance approving and authorizing the Execution and Delivery by the City of Montgomery of a Funding Agreement and the Issuance of a related General Obligation Warrant of the City in connection with the Issuance of approximately $27,000,000 in principal amount of Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2015, by the Montgomery County Public Education Cooperative District to fund a portion of the costs of Various Public School Capital Improvements, and related matters.
  4. Ordinance assessing Ad Valorem Tax for Tax Year beginning October 1, 2014 and ending September 30, 2015.
  5. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by Hebrew Enterprises Inc., d/b/a OK Mini Mart, 427 West Fairview Avenue.
