OLD BUSINESS
- Ordinance granting a license to Pie R Square, LLC, d/b/a Mellow Mushroom to construct, install, and maintain a canopy and railing structure over a portion of the ROW of Commerce Street.
- Ordinance approving and authorizing the Execution and Delivery by the City of Montgomery of a Funding Agreement and the Issuance of a related General Obligation Warrant of the City in connection with the Issuance of approximately $27,000,000 in principal amount of Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2015, by the Montgomery County Public Education Cooperative District to fund a portion of the costs of Various Public School Capital Improvements, and related matters.
- Ordinance declaring a Moratorium on Approval of Business Licenses for Package Stores. (Sponsored by Councillor Burkette)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 8 parcels of land containing 112 acres located on the northeast corner of Lower Wetumpka Road and Franson Road from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2015-003)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 25.01 acres located on the north side of Anderson Road approximately 3,000 feet east of Brooks Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2015-004)
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 2 lots located at 403 and 419 South Perry Street from T4-R (General Urban Zone-Restricted) and T4-O (General Urban Zone-Open) Zoning District to a T5 (Urban Center) SmartCode District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2015-005)
NEW BUSINESS
- Ordinance granting a license to Dexter Place I, LLC and Dexter Place II, LLC to construct, install, and maintain balcony, awning, and canopy structures over a portion of the right of way of 36 and 72 Dexter Avenue and the adjacent public pedestrian alley and to utilize a portion of the right-of-way of said locations as an extension of premises for the purpose of serving food and beverage and licensing with the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board.
- Ordinance granting a license to YMCA of Greater Montgomery to construct, install, and maintain a sign on a portion of the ROW of Park Crossing Drive at the intersection of Wilson Drive.
- Ordinance renaming Holcombe Street to B. Whitehurst Jr. Street.
- Resolution authorizing Substantial Amendments to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investment Partnerships; and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs, and to authorize Mayor to provide any additional information.
- Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Blazin Wings Inc., d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, 1414 Taylor Road.
- Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Jamm II Inc., d/b/a Another Level Seafood Sports Bar and Grill, 5331 Young Barn Road.

- Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
