OLD BUSINESS

1. Ordinance granting a license to Pie R Square, LLC, d/b/a Mellow Mushroom to construct, install, and maintain a canopy and railing structure over a portion of the ROW of Commerce Street.

    

2. Ordinance approving and authorizing the Execution and Delivery by the City of Montgomery of a Funding Agreement and the Issuance of a related General Obligation Warrant of the City in connection with the Issuance of approximately $27,000,000 in principal amount of Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2015, by the Montgomery County Public Education Cooperative District to fund a portion of the costs of Various Public School Capital Improvements, and related matters.

    

3. Ordinance declaring a Moratorium on Approval of Business Licenses for Package Stores.  (Sponsored by Councillor Burkette)

    

4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 8 parcels of land containing 112 acres located on the northeast corner of Lower Wetumpka Road and Franson Road from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.   (RZ-2015-003)

    

5. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 25.01 acres located on the north side of Anderson Road approximately 3,000 feet east of Brooks Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2015-004)

    

6. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 2 lots located at 403 and 419 South Perry Street from T4-R (General Urban Zone-Restricted) and T4-O (General Urban Zone-Open) Zoning District to a T5 (Urban Center) SmartCode District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2015-005)

    

   NEW BUSINESS

7. Ordinance granting a license to Dexter Place I, LLC and Dexter Place II, LLC to construct, install, and maintain balcony, awning, and canopy structures over a portion of the right of way of 36 and 72 Dexter Avenue and the adjacent public pedestrian alley and to utilize a portion of the right-of-way of said locations as an extension of premises for the purpose of serving food and beverage and licensing with the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board.

    

8. Ordinance granting a license to YMCA of Greater Montgomery to construct, install, and maintain a sign on a portion of the ROW of Park Crossing Drive at the intersection of Wilson Drive.

    

9. Ordinance renaming Holcombe Street to B. Whitehurst Jr. Street.     

    

10. Resolution authorizing Substantial Amendments to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investment Partnerships; and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs, and to authorize Mayor to provide any additional information.

     

11. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Blazin Wings Inc., d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, 1414 Taylor Road.

     

12. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Jamm II Inc., d/b/a Another Level Seafood Sports Bar and Grill, 5331 Young Barn Road.

     

13. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by Sashi Inc., d/b/a Big Cat Package Store, 3804 South Court Street, Suite A.

     

14. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by Sashi Inc., d/b/a Big Cat Package Store, 4715 Mobile Highway, Suite B.

     

15. Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by Sashi Inc., d/b/a Shell Food Mat, 4200 Carmichael Road.

     

16. Application for a Non-Profit Tax Exempt Liquor License by The Montgomery Riverfront Development Foundation, d/b/a River Jam Music Festival May 15, 2015, Union Station Train Shed, 300 Water Street.

     

17. Application for a Non-Profit Tax Exempt Liquor License by The Montgomery Riverfront Development Foundation, d/b/a River Bend Brewfest May 16, 2015, Riverfront Park, 355 Coosa Street.

     

18. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 3359 E Tuskegee Circle.

     

19. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots.

     

20. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
