2.      Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by Sashi Inc., d/b/a Big Cat Package Store, 4715 Mobile Highway, Suite B.

3.      Ordinance amending Section 4-1 Definitions, of the Code of Ordinances regarding Animal Control.

4.      Ordinance amending and restating Ordinance No. 18 – 2015 approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Funding Agreement and issuance of a related General Obligation Warrant in connection with the issuance of $25,170,000 in principal amount of Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2015, by The Montgomery County Public Education Cooperative District to fund a portion of the costs of Various Public School Capital Improvements, and related matters, and affirming and ratifying the execution and delivery of the said Funding Agreement, Warrant, and related documents
