1. Ordinance renaming Holcombe Street to B. Whitehurst Jr. Street.    

    

2. Resolution approving Bonnette Womack, d/b/a Crave Inflatable Play, 2477 East South Boulevard for a Business License.

    

3. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I License by Range 231 N LLC, d/b/a Range 231, 3250 Wetumpka Highway (PJ).

    

4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 2001 West Street from an R-60-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2015-006)

    

5. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 19.17 acres located on the northwest corner of Maxwell Boulevard and Eugene Street from T4-R (General Urban Zone-Restricted) and T4-O (General Urban Zone-Open)Zoning Districts to a T5 (Urban Center Zone) Zoning District.  Planning Commission’s motion for a favorable recommendation failed to pass, therefore, no action was taken.  APPEALED  (RZ-2015-007)
