OLD BUSINESS
1. Mayoral
Veto of Resolution No. 158-2015, Resolution denying and/or revoking right to
operate a business for failure to purchase business license and pay sales tax
for George Murry, d/b/a Realty Action, 4131 Carmichael Road. Reason:
Paid in Full.
2. Application
for a Taxicab Company by Dennis Wesley, d/b/a On Time Taxi, 847-B University
Drive North.
3. Hearing
on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 4.29 acres located
on the east side of North Country Club Drive, approximately 150 feet north of
Carter Hill Road, from an INST (Institutional) Zoning District to an R-65-m
(Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District.
Recommended by the Planning Commission.

NEW BUSINESS
4. Ordinance
authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate for economic
development at 417 – 431 Caroline Street, 424 Holcombe Street, and 430 Holcombe
Street with Equal Justice Initiative.
5. Ordinance
repealing Chapter 27, Article VIII, Sections 27-532 and 27-533 and Chapter 27,
Article IX, Section 27-565 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting designated
Truck Routes within the City.
6. Ordinance
altering and enlarging the corporate limits of the City of Montgomery by
including within the boundaries of the said City and incorporating into
contiguous Council District 1 that territory of real property described as a
300-foot strip of Montgomery Industrial Park.
7. Ordinance
altering and enlarging the corporate limits of the City of Montgomery by
including within the boundaries of the said City and incorporating into
contiguous Council District 1 that territory of real property described as
Kilby Prison Property.
8. Mayoral
Certification of only one Candidate for District 8. Resolution declaring Glen O. Pruitt, Jr. as
only candidate to qualify for Councilman of District 8 and declaring him duly
elected to that office.
9. Resolution
presenting Certificate of Election to Glen O. Pruitt, Jr. entitling him to the
possession of Councilman District 8.
10. Mayoral
Certification of only one Candidate for District 9. Resolution declaring Charles W. Jinright as
only candidate to qualify for Councilman of District 9 and declaring him duly
elected to that office.
11. Resolution
presenting Certificate of Election to Charles W. Jinright entitling him to the
possession of Councilman District 9.

revoking business license for failure to pay sales tax and authorizing a Show
Cause Hearing for Lacheryl Lacour, d/b/a Two Sweet to be Forgotten, 1501
