OLD BUSINESS

1.      Mayoral Veto of Resolution No. 201-2015, denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase business license: Eddie Woods, d/b/a Eddie Woods, 5020 Vaughn Road.  Reason:  Paid in full.

2.      Ordinance amending FY 2015 Operating and Debt Service Budget and adopting FY 2016 Operating and Debt Service Budget.

NEW BUSINESS

3.       Ordinance cancelling the November 17, 2015 Council Meeting.

4.      Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to the National Endowment for the Arts Our Town Grant for $200,000, and administer grant.

5.      Resolution approving issuance of a Business License to Bryant Jordan, d/b/a Bryant Jordan, 5020 Vaughn Road.

6.      Resolution approving issuance of a Business License to Edna Daniels, d/b/a Edna Daniels, 5020 Vaughn Road.

7.      Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License:  Sonja J. Lewis, d/b/a Adult and Child Therapy Services, 4754 Woodmere Boulevard, Suite A.

8.      Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License and pay Sales Tax:  Marcel Harris, d/b/a Harris Paint and Body LLC, 1131 Coliseum Boulevard.

9.      Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License and pay Sales Tax:  Alfonso Norman, a/k/a Alfonso Auto Sales LLC, d/b/a Quality Cars, 3544 Atlanta Highway.

10.  Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by OM SAI LLC, d/b/a ALA CELL, 2817 Lower Wetumpka Road.

11.  Resolution reappointing J. Scott Harris to the Water and Sewer Board by Councillor Pruitt.

12.  Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1, et Seq., Code of Alabama, 1975, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 766 North Pass Road.

13.  Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1, et Seq., Code of Alabama, 1975, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 5944 Provost Avenue.

14.  Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1, et Seq., Code of Alabama, 1975, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 5951 Provost Avenue.

15.  Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
