OLD BUSINESS
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning three lots located at 8436, 8448, and 8449 Crossland Loop from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-3-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District subject to the following Permitted Uses: Stores selling apparel, jewelry, gift items, and flowers; barber and beauty shops, spas, nail salons; shoe repair; offices; banks; and post offices. All other uses under Class A and B, and all of Class C, D and G are restricted. Recommend by Planning Commission with restrictions. (RZ-2015-013)
