1.     Ordinance amending FY 2016 Operating and Debt Service Budget and adopting FY 2017 Operating and Debt Service Budget.

2.     Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by DOLGENCORP LLC, d/b/a Dollar General Store 17102, 8990 Atlanta Highway.

NEW BUSINESS

3.      Resolution authorizing Mayor to execute Easement to Alabama Power Company for the purpose of constructing and maintaining electricity lines for power to the City of Montgomery Maintenance Center formerly owned by Gunter Air Force Base.

4.     Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by SNG Inc., d/b/a Chevron Food Mart, 2631 East South Boulevard.

5.     Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by OM SAI LLC, d/b/a Chisholm Package Store, 2819 Lower Wetumpka Road.

6.     Application for a Non-Profit Tax Exempt Liquor License by American Cancer Society Inc., d/b/a Montgomery’s Best Dressed Ball 2016, 7340 Eastchase Parkway. (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)

7.     Resolution reappointing John Knight to the Housing Authority by Councillor Green.

8.     Resolution appointing Marsha Russell to the Montgomery Cemetery Rehabilitation Authority replacing Denise Hardin.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)

9.     Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 511 Godfrey Street.

10.   Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 439 Japonica Street.

11.   Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
