OLD BUSINESS

 

  1. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 1621 Sanford Street.

     

  2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning land containing 1.43 acres located on the north side of Berryhill Road, approximately 1400 feet east of Taylor Road, from an INST (Institutional) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recomm3ended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2006-034)

     

    NEW BUSINESS

  3. Resolution revoking Business License for failure to pay Sales Tax and authorizing Show Cause Hearing for John K. Lamberth and Robert L. Webber, a/k/a Bama Bowling Lanes LLC, d/b/a Bama Lanes, 3020 Atlanta Highway.

     

  4. Resolution revoking Business License for failure to pay Sales Tax and authorizing Show Cause Hearing for Brenda Huertas, d/b/a Tacos Favorito, 1863 Mt. Meigs Road.

     

  5. Resolution revoking Business License for failure to pay Sales Tax and authorizing Show Cause Hearing for Terrance and Vernita Watkins, a/k/a Watkins Co. LLC, d/b/a Smoothie N Things Café, 109 South Court Street.

     

  6. Application for a Special Events Retail Liquor License by DowntownBrew LLC, d/b/a Montgomery Metro, 555 Eastern Boulevard.

     

  7. Resolution appointing Rhett Haskell to the Montgomery Clean City Commission by Councillor Lyons replacing Dothel Edwards.

     

  8. Appeal of proposed demolition of unsafe structure at 2100 Day Street by Natasha Coley.

     

  9. Resolution assessing cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots.

      

  10. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
