1. Mayoral Veto of Resolution No. 189-2016 Denying and/or revoking right to operate business for failure to purchase Business License and pay Sales Tax: A. Rahman, d/b/a Perfume Collections and A. Rahman, d/b/a Instyle, 1000 Eastdale Mall Kiosk. Reason: Satisfactory payments made.

2. Resolution authorizing Mayor to execute Third Amendment to Project Agreement between City of Montgomery, County of Montgomery, Industrial Development Board and Hyundai Power Transformers USA, Inc.
3. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License: Henry Green & Nathan Birmingham, d/b/a Perfect Hands Car Wash, 6009 East Shirley Lane.
