1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located on the north side of McGehee Road, approximately 150 feet east of Carter Hill Road, from a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2016-008)

2. Ordinance removing 352 Dexter Avenue (formerly Fred Gray Building), from historical designation.
3. Ordinance amending Ord. 22-73 to redefine the Powder Magazine Historic District to include only the Powder Magazine.
4. Resolution assenting to the Vacation of an Alley West of Holcombe Street.
5. Resolution approving Substantial Amendments to the HUD Action Plan for unspent balances/reallocations of CDBG and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs.
