1.      Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I License by Patrick D. Bye, d/b/a Bye Bye Place, 1114 Adams Avenue

2.      Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I License by Jason Stinson, d/ b/a Westside Social and Savings Club, 2127 Day Street.

3.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of lane containing 5 acres located approximately 2200 feet north of Old Selma Road and approximately 7000 feet west of Booth Road from an M-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District to an R-99-s-Q (Mobile Home
subdivision- Qualified) Zoning District.  Applicant requested R-99-s; Planning Commission recommended rezoning to R-99-s-Q (Mobile Home Subdivision-Qualified) Zoning District. Restricted to one mobile Home.  No appeal received.   (RZ-2011-010)

4.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning three lots located at 4160, 4162 and 4164 Wetumpka Highway from an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2016-002)

5.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two parcels of land located on the southwest side of Troy Highway, approximately 4500 feet south of Taylor Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2016-003)

6.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 3481 Crescent Road from an R-65-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  (RZ-2016-0004).  Planning Commission recommended not to rezone to B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  APPEALED.  (RZ-2016-004)

  

NEW BUSINESS

 

7.      Ordinance authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate located east of 851 Maxwell Boulevard for economic development to Thomas G. Green IV.

8.      Ordinance altering and enlarging the Corporate Limits of the City of Montgomery by including within the boundaries of City and incorporating into contiguous Council District that territory or real property known as the MAX Federal Credit Union Property on Chantilly Parkway.

9.      Resolution adopting the PY 2016 Action Plan and application for $1,558,068 in CDBG funds; $704,744 in HOME funds; $142,483 in ESG funds.

10.  Resolution approving a Business License for Andrea Bell, d/b/a Bells Collision Center, 4213 Norman Bridge Road.

11.  Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by TANMOY, INC., d/b/a Citgo Food Mart, 4521 South Court Street.

12.  Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by SWETA INC, d/b/a Raceway 926, 4491 Troy Highway.

13.  Application for a Special Retail – More Than 30 Days Liquor License by Evans Pavillion and Venue LLC, d/b/a Evans Pavillion and Venue, 2964 Birmingham Highway.

14.  Application for a Special Retail – More Than 30 Days Liquor License by 1100 West South Blvd. LLC, d/b/a Candle Light Inn, 1100 West South Boulevard. 

15.  Application for a Non-Profit Tax Exempt Liquor License by The Montgomery Riverfront Development Foundation Inc., d/b/a Southern Makers, 300 Water Street, Downtown Train Shed.

20.  Resolution reappointing Finance Director Barry Crabb to the Emergency Communications District Board of Commissioners.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)

 

21.  Resolution reappointing Public Safety Director J. Christopher Murphy to the Emergency Communications District Board of Directors.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)
