2. Reconsideration of Resolution No. 123-2024, application for a Towing Company by Deanthony Rose, d/b/a D&D Towing & Recovery, 23 West Patton Avenue.  (4)

3. Ordinance regulating parking of commercial vehicles on residential property. (Option 1)

7. Ordinance consenting to Disposal of certain real property by the Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board in the Interstate Industrial Park (Wasden Road/Bill Joseph Parkway).  (4)

8. Resolution encouraging all supporting municipalities to adopt a resolution encouraging Alabama Legislature to adopt legislation supporting photo identification for concealed carry and providing penalties.  (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt) 

9. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to make application to DOJ, Bureau of Justice Assistance for a FY 2024 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) for $48,494 (split between MPD & Sheriff’s Office ($29,096.40 each) MPD to use to purchase mobile surveillance unit.

10. Application for a Towing Company by Christopher Thorn, d/b/a Clutch Roadside & Auto, no physical location.

11. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by 1026 Blvd., Inc., d/b/a Southwest Chevron, 1030 West South Boulevard.  (4)
