OLD BUSINESS
1. Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 1.7 acres (+/-) located on the north side of Old Selma Road, approximately 500 feet west of Hamilton Circle (aka 3620 Old Selma Road), from an M-3 (General Industry) Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2024-012) (4)
2. Ordinance amending FY 2024 Operating and Debt Service Budget and adopting FY 2025 Operating and Debt Service Budget.
3. Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article I Section 6.4 of the Municipal Code, Business License Requirements for Event Centers.
4. Ordinance amending Chapter 16, Article III, Section 16-106 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Montgomery.
5. Resolution repealing the legislation which created Montgomery City/County Personnel Board and expressing Council’s intent to adopt an ordinance creating a City Personnel Board in accordance with Act 2024-337. (Sponsored by Councillor Calhoun)

9. Ordinance altering and enlarging the corporate limits of the City of Montgomery by including within the boundaries of the said city and incorporating into contiguous council district that territory of real property in District 4.
10. Resolution to Accept the Donation of a Park from the East Montgomery Exchange Club to the City of Montgomery. (Sponsored by Councillor Beard)
11. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Orlandos Enterprises LLC, d/b/a El Jalisco, 5480 Atlanta Highway. (1)
12. Application for a Special Events Retail Liquor License by Thompsons Drinks and Eatery of Montgomery LLC, d/b/a Jazz in the Gardens, Botanical Gardens at Oak Park 1010 Forest Avenue. (3)
13. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
