4. Resolution repealing the legislation which created Montgomery City/County Personnel Board and expressing Council’s intent to adopt an ordinance creating a City Personnel Board in accordance with Act 2024-337. (Sponsored by Councillor Calhoun)
5. Ordinance granting a license to construct, install, and maintain License Plate Readers located on City ROW at: North Decatur Street at North Ripley Street (WB), and North Decatur Street at Howe Street (NB).
6. Resolution setting hours of operation for 2600 North Belt Drive (Montgomery International Dragway). (Sponsored by Councillor Beard)

12. Ordinance authorizing Mayor to execute aggregate contracts of $25,000 or less without Council review and approval through September 2025. (Sponsored by Councillor Szymanski)
13. Resolution designating Nuisance Abatement Agent.
14. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
