  1. Resolution contributing $500,000 to United Way for the Flatwood Community.  (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)
  2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 4.66 acres located on the south side of Alabama River Parkway, approximately 1600 feet southeast of Lower Wetumpka Road, from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.  (955 Millard Fuller Drive).  Planning Commission took no action; motion to approve failed 4-1.  APPEALED.  (RZ-2019-005)     (3)
  3. Review of Sherwood Apartments, 4921 Hatton Avenue.  (4)
  4. Public hearing on proposed Ordinance establishing a Citizen Police Review Board within the City of Montgomery.
  5. Ordinance establishing a Citizen Police Review Board within the City of Montgomery.  (Sponsored by Councillor Calhoun)
  6. Application for a Rental Hall/Event Center by Marcus Green, d/b/a Flavor Event Center, 546 East Patton Avenue.  (7)

  8. Resolution obligating American Rescue Act Funding to the Parks & Recreation Department for the New Construction of a Community Center.  (Sponsored by Councillor Mitchell)
  9. Ordinance allowing Sworn Officers the ability to work off-duty to enforce the Traffic Flow for the City of Montgomery.  (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)

11. Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1-2023 to change 7C from Drum Theatre-Huntingdon College, 1125 E. Fairview to 7C Wilson Community & Athletic Center-Huntingdon College, 1155 E. Fairview Avenue.  (7)

12. Ordinance consenting to Disposal of Certain Real Property by The Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board (Wasden Road)

13. Resolution obligating American Rescue Act Funding and Receive Funds through an Intergovernmental Agreement from the Montgomery County Commission for Certain Joint Montgomery Thrive Programs (Economic Development Dept. for Small Business Support Program & Office of Violence Prevent for Hospital Based Violence Interruption Program & Violent Crime Prevention Programs).

14. Resolution obligating American Rescue Plan Funds and Transfer Funds through an Intergovernmental Agreement to the Montgomery County Commission for Certain Joint Montgomery Thrive Programs (County Finance Dept. for Critical Home Repair Program).

15. Resolution approving Broadband Study and Sewer Engineering Services from the Montgomery Thrive Initiative.
