V. Attendance
Per the HPC bylaws: Attendance-Any member failing to attend fifty (50) percent or more of the regularly scheduled meetings may be requested to resign by the Chairman of the Commission upon a majority vote of the members. Members of the Commission may also be removed for cause by the City Council.
