1. Ordinance amending Chapter 12 Environment, Sections 12-31 and 12-37 of the Code of Ordinances.  (Sponsored by Councillor Lyons)  

    

2. Ordinance amending Appendix C – Zoning, Article VI, Sections 8.4, 8.5 and 8.6 (Landscape Requirements).  Recommended by the Planning Commission.

    

3.  Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two lots located at 2628 and 2634 Highland Avenue from an R-60-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2017-003).

4. Resolution setting Public Hearing for May 2, 2017 regarding the proposed adoption of the International Fire Code, 2015 Edition, along with their Referenced Publications, with Exceptions and Amendments.

Ordinance amending Article III, Section 13-111 and Section 13-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery and adopting the International Fire Code, 2015 Edition, along with their Referenced Publications,  with Exceptions and Amendments.  (To be carried over for action following public hearing.)

    

6. Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Article I, Section 13-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery (Fireworks).  (To be carried over for action following public hearing.)

    

7. Ordinance amending Chapter 14, Article IV, Section 14-143 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery (Permit and Reporting Required for Storage of Hazardous Materials). (To be carried over for action following public hearing.)
