OLD BUSINESS

1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two parcels of land containing 58.8 acres located at the west end of Elsberry Drive (3346 Elsberry Drive) and the south side of Elsmeade Drive from an INST (Institutional) Zoning District to a B-1-b-Q (Central Business-Qualified) Zoning District; restricted to:  residential use; and outdoor recreation and entertainment, zip lines, laser tag and paintball courses, after school tutoring and mentoring for children, sports and game fields, walking trails, archery, gardening, swimming (if pool is provided) ropes courses, and  team building exercises for groups.  Recommended by Planning Commission. (RZ-2017-004) 

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located at 1951, 1961, and 1973 Bell Street from a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-1-b (Central Business) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2017-005)

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending Article III, Section 13-111 and Section 13-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery and adopting the International Fire Code, 2015 Edition, along with their Referenced Publications, with Exceptions and Amendments.

4. Ordinance amending Article III, Section 13-111 and Section 13-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery and adopting the International Fire Code, 2015 Edition, along with their Referenced Publications, with Exceptions and Amendments.   

5. Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Article I, Section 13-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery (Fireworks).

8. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 227 Marshall Street (Parcel # 11 06 24 1 010 007.000).

9. Ordinance granting a License to H I B Lee Street, LLC, to construct, install, use, maintain, repair and replace a canopy structure over a portion of the ROW of Lee Street.

10. Ordinance assessing Ad Valorem Taxes for Tax Year Oct. 1, 2016 through Sept. 30, 2017.
