2. Resolution authorizing Substantial Amendments to the HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Programs and authorizing Mayor Strange as City’s official representative for grant.

3. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Little Donkey Montgomery LLC, d/b/a Little Donkey Taqueria, 7720 Eastchase Parkway

4. Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Yachi Naiya Inc., d/b/a Stop and Go, 4207 Norman Bridge Road.

5. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License:  John Campbell & Steve Chambers, d/b/a It’ll Do Tavern, 557 North Eastern Boulevard.

8. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License:  Eun Lee, a/k/a HJK Enterprise Inc., d/b/a Sushi Kangnam, 2070 Eastern Boulevard

9. Resolution reappointing Arthur Tyson Howard to the Board of Trustees – Retirement Fund by Councillor Lyons.

10. Resolution reappointing Lloyd Faulkner to the Board of Trustees – Retirement Fund by Councillor Lee.

11. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama.

12. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
