  1. Mayoral Veto of Resolution No. 142-2015, Resolution revoking right to operate a business for Bryant Gardner, d/b/a Da Palace, 1481 Furnace Street.  Reason:  Paid in Full. 
  2. Application for a Taxicab Company by Donna Reeves, d/b/a Triple A Taxi, 232 West Jeff Davis Avenue.

  3. Ordinance authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and sale of real estate at 2750 Lagoon Park Drive to Alabama Public Health Care Authority for economic development.
  4. Resolution approving application for the Reincorporation of Montgomery Airport Authority.
  5. Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to the National Endowment for the Arts Our Town Technical Assistance Pilot Program for a “Cradle of Creativity” Grant.
  6. Resolution repealing Resolution No. 136-78 and adopting procedures for processing applications for liquor license applications.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)
  7. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase business license and pay sales tax for George Murry, d/b/a Realty Action, 4131 Carmichael Road, Suite A1.
  8. Resolution revoking business license for failure to pay sales tax, rescinding concurrence in ABC Liquor License and authorizing Show Cause Hearing for Jonathan Stuckey, d/b/a Stuckey’s, 5040 Vaughn Road.
