OLD BUSINESS

1. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase a business license:  Hal Leary, d/b/a Hal F. Leary Custom Homes LLC, 639 Oliver Road.
2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 1507 Dunbar Street from an R-6-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.  Planning Commission recommended to NOT REZONE to an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.  APPEALED.

    

   NEW BUSINESS

3. Ordinance granting a Franchise to Level 3 Communications, LLC, Its successors or assigns, to lay, maintain, and operate a Fiber Optic Transmission Cable for the transmission of telephonic data and other electronic messages in, on, under, and/or across public places or ways and prescribing Conditions and Limitations..
4. Resolution assenting to the Vacation of a portion of Ellen Street Right-of-way.
5. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Atrium TRS 1 LP, d/b/a Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel and Conference Center, 300 Tallapoosa Street.
6.  Application for a Special Events Retail Liquor License by Event Concessions Inc., d/b/a Montgomery Dragon Boat License, 355 Coosa Street.
7. Resolution designating Nuisance Abatement Agent.
8. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots.
9. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
