1. Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Article V – Private Investigators and Private Detectives Section 6-226 - Fees.

    

2. Ordinance granting a License to Perry Hill Crossing, LLC to construct, install, and maintain a monument sign structure within the ROW of Atlanta Highway.

    

3. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase a business license:  Jacquan Clayton, a/k/a Queen Virgin Remy Montgomery LLC, d/b/a Queen Virgin Remy, 1158 South Decatur Street.

    

4. Resolution revoking Business License for failure to pay sales tax and authorizing a Show Cause Hearing:  Brad Gill, a/k/a Rock Bottom Inc., d/b/a Rock Bottom American Pub/Gill’s, 2430 Eastern Boulevard.

    

5.  Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Sol Restaurante Mexicano and Taqueria LLC, d/b/a Sol Restaurante Mexicano and Taqueria, 3962 Atlanta Highway.

9. Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by Bama 30 Food Mart Inc., d/b/a Bama Grocery, 30 West Fairview Avenue.

    

10. Resolution appointing J. Barrett Penney to the Architectural Review Board by Councillor Lee replacing Tony Hickman.

     

11. Resolution concurring in the appointment of James Armstrong to the Joint Public Charity Hospital Board replacing Vivian Hamlett.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)

     

12. Resolution concurring in the reappointment of Mary B. Weidler to the Joint Public Charity Hospital Board.  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)

     

     

13. Resolution appointing Donald Jenkins as Chairman of the Montgomery Cemetery Rehabilitation Authority by Councillor Jinright replacing Phillip Taunton.

     

14. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 1400 Edgar D. Nixon Avenue.

     

15. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 2430 Shreve Street.

     

16. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 729/731 Stephens Street.

     

17. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
