1.      Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1, et Seq. Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 2844 Lower Wetumpka Road

2.      Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by Shabid Myrsa Inc., d/b/a Pure, 9 West South Boulevard.

NEW BUSINESS

3.      Ordinance assessing Ad Valorem Taxes for the Tax Year beginning October 1, 2015 and ending September 30, 2016. 

4.      Ordinance prohibiting drilling of wells in the area of the Coliseum Boulevard Plume.

5.      Ordinance amending Chapter 27, Section 27-395 of Code of Ordinances (Parking motor vehicles in front yard prohibited).  Sponsored by Councillor Lyons.

6.      Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase a Business License for Ralph Bradford, Quality Cuts LLC, d/b/a Quality Cuts Exclusive, 2319 Eastern Boulevard.

7.      Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises) Licenses by Murphy Oil USA Inc., d/b/a Murphy USA 7556, 3809 Eastern Boulevard.

8.      Application for a Special Retail – More Than 30 Days Liquor License by C and H Construction Company LLC, d/b/a C and H Construction Event Center, 711 Airbase Boulevard.

9.      Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1, et Seq. Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 2141 Beach Street.
