OLD BUSINESS
1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 3906 South Court Street from an R-65-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Planning Commission denied rezoning. APPEALED. (RZ-2012-009)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 3108 Woodley Road from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-3-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District. Applicant requested B-3, but Planning Commission recommended rezoning to a B-3-Q Zoning District, restricted to a Barber Shop. No appeal received. (RZ-2012-010)

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 3443 Old Selma Road from an R-65-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District. Recommended by Planning Commission. (RZ-2012-011)

4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning three lots located on the northwest corner of Plum Street and South Capitol Parkway from an R-60-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a SD-M (Special District-Medical) SmartCode District.(RZ-2012-012)

5. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending Appendix C. Article VI, Section 10.14.2, Tables 8 & 14 and Table 10 (SmartCode) of the Code of Ordinances. Recommended by Planning Commission.

6. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Los Cabos Inc., d/b/a Los Cabos, 1801 Eastern Boulevard.

NEW BUSINESS
7. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate Owned by City of Montgomery for Economic Development. (Marine Reserve Training Center, Cong. Dickinson Drive)

8. Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to ADECA for a $106,897.58 Community Traffic Safety Program Grant to provide administrative staff funding for State Highway Safety Program management oversight of overtime enforcement grants (13-SP-CP).

9. Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to ADECA for a $133,120.00 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Grant to fund DUI, speeding and seat belt enforcement (13-SP-PT)

10. Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to ADECA for a $34,100.00 Police Traffic Services Grant to fund overtime during the FY13 “Click It or Ticket” Campaign (13-HS-K4)

11. Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to ADECA for a $38,725.00 Alcohol Enforcement Grant to provide overtime funding during FY13 Labor Day “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” Campaign (13-HS-K8).

12. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Marvin’s Place LLC, d/b/a Marvin’s Place, 4243 Inn South Avenue.

13. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et. seq, Code of AL, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 3832 MacLamar Road.

14. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et. seq. Code of AL.

15. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Ordinance No. 34-2009.
