Resolution finalizing the revocation of the Business License and rescinding concurrence in issuance of ABC Liquor License of Jerry Cook, d/b/a Club 322 LLC, 322 North Lawrence Street. 5. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by El Amigo Mexican Restaurant LLC, d/b/a El Amigo Mexican Restaurant, 7725 Mobile Highway (P.J.). NEW BUSINESS 6. Ordinance authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate Owned by City of Montgomery for Economic Development. (Commerce Street Property) 7. Ordinance providing for the Issuance of One General Obligation Warrant, Series 2012-CWSRF-DL (Partial Principal Forgiveness Loan) in the aggregate principal amount of $1,120,000. (Genetta Park Project) 8. Ordinance authorizing the Issuance of $9,835,000 of General Obligation Warrants, Series 2012-A and $65,150,000 of Taxable General Obligation Warrants, Series 2012-B to Refund Outstanding Warrants and to provide for the payment of costs of issuance of the Warrants. 9.
