Welcome to the Montgomery Police Department's Command & Staff College website.

At no other time in its history has public safety been so squarely at the forefront of societal change and public policy demands. The list of challenges and opportunities for meaningful public safety policy and management decision making is unprecedented.

The command & Staff College works in a cooperative partnership with Auburn University of Montgomery providing a hands-on approach to learning that truly solidifies the classroom experience, strenthening public safety governance by preparing those in leadership to solve problems and gain insight and experience in organizational management.

As Alabama's only jointly sponsored public-safety oriented educational institution, we are committed to providing a rich learning experience for students passionate about their enviroment, social change, and organizational developement.
