The following items were heard at the Architectural Review Board January 24th:

  • Request for approval of tree removal and replacement for the property located at 366 Rose Lane (Garden District).
  • Request approval of an addition for the property located at 644 Martha Street (Cottage Hill).
  • Request for approval of new signage for the property located at 79 Commerce Street (Lower Commerce).
  • Request for approval of a fence for the property located at 2143 Madison Avenue (Capitol Heights).
  • Request for approval of a storage building for the property located at 102 North Lewis Street (Capitol Heights – St. Charles).
  • Request for approval of tree removal and replacement for the property located at 2103 St. Charles Avenue (Capitol Heights – St. Charles).
  • Request for approval of tree removal after the fact (violation) and a new fence for the property located at 2023 Madison Avenue (Capitol Heights). VIOLATION (Fence only was approved)
  • Request for approval of a new ID sign for the property located at 444, 446 and 452 Clay Street (Cottage Hill).

The Architectural Review Board Denied the following request:

  • Request for approval after the fact of a front door paint color for the property located at 1942 Graham Street (Old Cloverdale). VIOLATION

    The Architecture Review Board delayed the following items:

  • Request for approval of tree removal after the fact (violation) and a new fence for the property located at 2023 Madison Avenue (Capitol Heights). VIOLATION (Decision on removal of the trees was Delayed)

The next meeting of the Architectural Review Board will be on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 5:30 p.m.
